Why think about this stuff alone!?!
Date Smarter, Not Harder
If dating feels confusing, exhausting, or like you keep having the same relationship with different people’s names, this group is for you.
Date Smarter, Not Harder is a therapist-led space to explore what actually happens for you in dating—who you’re drawn to, what you avoid, how you communicate, and why certain patterns keep showing up (even when you swear you’re “choosing differently this time”). We’ll focus on building new skills and habits—communication, boundaries, and pacing—so your dating life reflects what you actually want, not just what you’re used to.
Together, we’ll make room for the real stuff:
Attachment patterns and “type” chemistry
Boundaries, pacing, and clearer communication
Rejection, ghosting, and the “should I text again?” spiral
Dating apps + texting anxiety
Vulnerability, self-trust, and emotional whiplash
You don’t need to be actively dating to join—just curious, reflective, and open to looking at your patterns with support.
No speed dating. No forced role plays.
Just honest conversation, insight, and the relief of realizing you’re not the only one.

Sober Curious, Not Serious
EEver find yourself thinking: Do I actually like drinking… or do I just like the idea of it? Or wondering why alcohol feels like a social requirement—or your whole personality in certain rooms?
If you’re questioning your relationship with alcohol (or other substances) but not interested in labels, ultimatums, or abstinence-only frameworks, this group is for you.
Sober Curious, Not Sober Serious is a therapist-led, nonjudgmental space to explore what’s driving your use—stress drinking, coping, social pressure, culture, relationships, and ambivalence about change. We’ll look at how substance use intersects with mental health, identity, and values, and build tools for emotional regulation and more intentional decision-making—so your choices feel aligned, not reactive.
This group is especially supportive for people who are high-functioning, unsure what they want to change (if anything), or looking for a harm-reduction-oriented approach rather than traditional recovery models.
No rock bottom required. No sobriety pledge. No “worst story” on day one. Just honest conversation, insight, and the relief of realizing you’re not the only one overthinking this.

Foundations for Trauma Healing
If you’re ready to heal but want a steadier starting place, this group is for you.
This therapist-led, skills-focused group helps you build grounding, stability, and support before deeper trauma processing. We’ll explore how trauma affects the nervous system and practice practical tools to stay present, regulate emotions, and feel safer in your body—especially when things get activated.
You won’t be asked to share trauma details or relive past experiences. This group is about strengthening your foundation, expanding your capacity to cope, and building self-trust—so you can move forward at a thoughtful pace, with more confidence, choice, and support that lasts beyond the group.
